All repairs are completed by appointment only and scheduled within limited weekly bench hours to ensure consistent, high-quality work. Jobs are completed in the order received unless rush service is requested and approved.

Typical Turnaround Times
Most standard repairs are completed within 7–10 days.
Complex repairs, including fret work and structural repairs, may require 10–14 days or longer, depending on scope and condition.
