A professional setup is the single best way to improve the feel and performance of your guitar. Every setup includes adjusting the neck relief, string action, intonation, pickup height, hardware inspection, fretboard cleaning and conditioning (when applicable), and a fresh set of strings (strings not included). Each instrument is carefully evaluated to ensure it plays comfortably and performs reliably.

At Kev's Guitar Garage, I help musicians fall in love with their guitars again. Whether your instrument needs a precision setup, electronics repair, pickup installation, or routine maintenance, every job is approached with the same attention to detail I'd give my own guitars. I focus on improving playability, reliability, and tone so you can spend less time fighting your instrument and more time making music.
How My Repair Process Works
All repairs are completed by appointment only and scheduled within limited weekly bench hours to ensure consistent, high-quality work. Jobs are completed in the order received unless rush service is requested and approved.
Typical Turnaround Times
Most standard repairs are completed within 7–10 days.
Complex repairs may require 10–14 days or longer, depending on scope and condition.
Turnaround times are estimates, not guaranteed completion dates. I will contact you if additional work or time is required once your instrument is on the bench.
